From 1 December 2015, the OfficeMax Client Care Centre should be contacted directly for queries on stationery products ordered on the online ordering system, OrderMax.
The OfficeMax Client Care Centre can assist with queries about their products, to arrange return of products in the case of under-supply or damaged delivery and to assist with finding products or OrderMax product codes. The OfficeMax Client Care Centre cannot provide advice on the Office Requisites and Stationery entitlement or provide entitlement budget reports. Please continue to contact Ministerial and Parliamentary Services about these matters.
The Client Care Centre phone number is 136 629 and its hours of operation are 8:00am to 7:00pm AEST and 8:00am to 8:00pm AEDT, Monday to Friday.
There is no longer a requirement to return OfficeMax delivery dockets to Ministerial and Parliamentary Services. If there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact the OfficeMax Client Care Centre at the time the order arrives.
