Changes to COSnet ordering system

The contracted office stationery and supplies provider, Complete Office Supplies (COS), has made changes to their ordering system COSnet

COS is the whole of government office stationery and supplies provider and the items they stock are wide-ranging in nature. Previously, users were only able to view a limited list of items. All items available through COSnet are now visible to all users

Although a product may show as available to purchase through COSnet, it may not be a claimable office expense. Your overarching obligations continue to apply to all purchases.

Previously limited items will be marked with ‘contract approval required’ on the website. If you add one of these items to your purchase it will be declined by COS. If you have a business case for these purchases please contact m&
