About this course

The course covers preventative actions and emergency response to occupational violence when working in the office and how to enter the details of an occupational violence incident into the Skytrust incident reporting system.

What you will learn

The training equips attendees with the knowledge they need in order to respond appropriately to occupational violence and how to follow the required incident reporting process.
