Following on from the first, Personal Effectiveness course, extend your skills to be highly organised and efficient person. Learn how to set goals and prioritise tasks for greater productivity, and how to have a better work-life balance.
You will also receive information to conduct a self-assessment to identify strategies and create a self-action plan for continuous improvement after the course.

How the course is delivered
This session is the second part of the two part series by Erin Riley Consulting. Register for this session.
In this session Erin will cover how to set yourself goals and how to work your goals into an action plan that fits within your personal and work life. A part of setting an action plan is also about self-management. Learn great techniques for self-management, identify what your strengths and weaknesses are as well as tips for building resilience.
