Writing constituent-focused emails and letters

Are the emails and letters generated by team members dated?  Are they too officious, long winded or not focused on addressing the issues raised by your constituents? A formal tone and inappropriate content can unintentionally offend internal and external customers. It can risk discrediting your parliamentarian’s credibility and constituent cooperation.
