Ordering via Complete Office Supplies Pty Ltd (COS)

Overarching Obligations

The Parliamentary Business Resources Act 2017 imposes overarching obligations.
The dominant purpose and value for money tests and specified conditions must be met. See s25, 26, 27, 28.

Access to the Online Portal - Placing an Order

The contracted service provider, Complete Office Supplies Pty Ltd, has an online portal, COSnet.

To arrange access to COSnet for an approving officer and ordering officers, use Form 132 - COSnet Access – Nomination and Deletions.

Once access has been approved, you will be provided with account details and orders can be placed through the online portal.

Discounts

COS will provide the following discounts for order values equal to or greater than:

Order Value Discount Conditions
$300 1.0%
  1. Order value amounts are GST exclusive;
  2. The discount applies to all Products available in the SOS Product List;
  3. Bulk Order Discounts must be applied at the time of order via COSnet or as agreed with the Customer.
$500 1.25%
$700 1.5%
$1000 2.0%
$1500 2.5%

Delivery, Receipt and Returns

Orders placed in COSnet before 2:00pm will generally be delivered to your office as follows:

Office Location Delivery Time
Metropolitan: less than 1 hour from CBD 1 day
Country: less than 3 hours from CBD 2 days
Remote: greater than 3 hours from CBD 3 days
Please note, for some country and remote locations deliveries may take up to 7 days.
To ensure your goods are received in a timely manner, please take the delivery times into consideration when placing orders.

Items which are incorrectly ordered or supplied need to be notified for return within 14 days of delivery. Complete Office Supplies may not accept items notified for return after 14 days.

The COS Helpdesk will assist with returns. The following information will be required:

  • a copy of the delivery docket noting the item/s for return, and
  • the reason for the return e.g. wrong item, damaged.
