If you’ve forgotten your password over the break and need some help, we’ve put together some information to get you back into your accounts.

MOP(S) Learning

  1. Head to the MOP(S) Learning log on page
  2. Click forgot your password? under the login button
  3. Enter your user name (your user name is your work email address) and click send reset email
  4. You will be sent an email with further instructions to reset your password

If all else fails, send an email to MOPSTraining@finance.gov.au and a member of the MOP(S) Training team can help you reset your password.

PEMS

Download the PEMS How to Guide_Reset Password for PEMS to get back into your PEMS account.

For PEMS refresher training, you can access the resources available in MOP(S) Learning.

GovTEAMS

If you have an existing account that is active you can reset your own GovTEAMS password. To do this, head over to the GovTEAMS reset your password page and follow the instructions.

CARS – Customer portal

  1. Head to the CARS login page
  2. Click forgot password? link located under the ‘login’ button
  3. Enter your sign-in email address and click continue
  4. A verification message will appear, please confirm your email address is written correctly and click send code
  5. You will receive an email containing a verification code, copy the code provided in the email and paste it into the reset password box that you used in steps 2, 3 and 4. Once you paste the code, click continue
  6. Enter in your new password and ensure that it has at least 8 characters
