Working with the media is a key aspect of supporting your parliamentarian. The training provides information on how to engage with media in the parliamentary context, and how to be proactive and approach journalists at all levels (local, regional and national). The module will also include a variety of techniques to handle media, crisis communication, conferences and interviews and much more.

This seminar provides an overview of the overarching principles of tax design and how Australia’s tax system compares to other OECD countries. It will conclude with a discussion of the importance of tax reform and some of the policy options.

Gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to support a friend, family member or co-worker experiencing a mental health problem, including how to approach someone and start a safe conversation.
Once you have completed the course, you’ll receive a Mental Health First Aid Certification qualification.

Cultural Appreciation training Face to screen 7 December 2022 |
This training aims to provide insights into how culture shapes our values, attitudes and behaviours, as well as assist participants in developing an appreciation and respect specifically for indigenous culture. The training also sets out to facilitate participants' understanding of how this cultural appreciation relates to the workplace and successful engagement with indigenous people and communities.
