It is open to a MOP(S) Act employee who believes their workplace is unsafe to report workplace bullying or harassment to Comcare at any time. Comcare may seek further information through consultation with Finance, and, depending on the particular circumstances of the case, may:
- proceed to an inspection, as discussed above, or
- require the employee to first attempt to resolve the matter through self-management or reporting through Finance.
Comcare can provide information and advice on managing workplace bullying and is available to provide workplace liaison and education visits.
