Updated employment guidelines for the MoPS EA 2024-27

The Special Minister of State has recently approved five guidelines for the Members of Parliament (Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2024-27 (MoPS EA). 

The following updated guidelines are available via the Enterprise Agreement 2024-27 page:

  • Leave and public holidays
  • Additional hours, related allowances and TOIL
  • Salary packaging
  • Delegates’ rights
  • Discretionary payments 

Other guidelines will be progressively updated in consultation with the Employee Consultative Group.
