In Circular 2020/15, I indicated I would advise employees of the next steps in bargaining for the Commonwealth Members of Parliament Staff Enterprise Agreement 2020-23. Bargaining will resume on 19 February 2021.
The Government is committed to hearing feedback and discussing key issues with bargaining representatives as negotiations continue.
Bargaining will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Fair Work Act 2009 and the Government’s Public Sector Workplace Relations Policy 2020.
The current enterprise agreement continues to operate until such time as a replacement enterprise agreement is negotiated and approved.
