PEMS Usability Survey

Your feedback has played a key role in shaping improvements made to the Parliamentary Expense Management System (PEMS) over the last 12 months.

In June 2025, we conducted a usability survey to establish a baseline understanding of your experience using the system.

We are now inviting you to participate in a short follow‑up survey to help us assess the impact of the improvements made to PEMS.

This survey: 

  • takes less than 5 minutes to complete
  • is anonymous (unless you choose to provide your details)
  • will help us understand how the enhancements have influenced your experience.
