MOP(S) Learning is a new system for MOP(S) Act employees to access courses related to their professional and learning development needs. MOP(S) Learning hosts all training content for the Professional Development Program (PDP).

Suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians between 15 and 44 years of age. Stressful life events, trauma, mental illness and drug and alcohol abuse are some of the contributing factors to suicide. Many people lack the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support a friend, family member or co-worker who may be at risk of suicide. By helping to dispel the fear and stigma around suicide, the LivingWorks Start program contributes to an open and supportive community where people at risk can get the help they need to stay safe.
This course provides an overview of the Commonwealth work health and safety (WHS) legislative framework and how it applies to bullying in the workplace. The course identifies early intervention strategies through the risk management process and discuss the issue resolution procedures available to MOP(S) Act employees.
