Submission requirements

The Parliamentary Retirement Travel Act 2002 provides that the spouse or de facto partner of a retired former Prime Minister is entitled to domestic return trips, subject to a nomination being made in writing specifying the start day from which the spouse or de facto partner is to be eligible for domestic return trips.
