Relocation of MOP(S) Act employees
Mode of submission
- Complete the form and submit.
- The Employer or Authorised Officer will receive an email to be forwarded to MaPS for processing.
- You will receive a copy for your records.
Submission requirements
- Please note that reasonable relocation costs may be payable to ongoing staff who relocate permanently.
- Additional information to help MOP(S) Act Employees who are relocating can be found on form 74 - relocation checklist.
- Application should be submitted prior to relocation as approval may be required for some costs.
